Mulebar goes surfing the Atlantic

Tiggy the best surfer I know is heading down the west coast of France, Spain and Portugal between now and the end of the year searching for the barrel of all barrels.... . .For the trip we've loaded her up with a few cases of Mulebars to distribute on route. Catch her if you can to munch down some free samples. My only real experience of big surf, so far, ended in a mullering of the coast of Tahiti. I want to learn pronto - any tips gratefully received..

Mule Bar confiscated at Taj Mahal

Mule Bar hit the sub-continent recently with a well stocked Mule travelling light with fuel for adventure! He thought it was time to go and check out the Taj Mahal, but could hardly believe his ears when the security guards confiscated his Mule Bars leaving him low on energy for the long walk around the exquisite palace.

Here's a big shout to those security guards. We hope you enjoyed them!

Cheers for the story James.

The 10 mile race home

Fuelled by a couple of late night mulebars I overtook 6 toads (Terry leaping- pictured), one fieldmouse, one country rat and a snowy white owl who stuck with me for a couple of hundred metres on the oxdrove above Odstock....

Mulebar supports Mind at The Great North Run

I also wanted to say a massive thank you to you and Mule Bar for supporting our Mind runners at the Great North Run. On the day we had 301 runners hitting the streets of Gateshead to support Mind and everyone I have been in touch with so far seemed to thoroughly enjoy themselves.
Providing Mule Bars for our runners at the end of the course really helps Mind to provide them with the customer care that we feel they deserve and makes them feel really valued as part of our team. They certainly seemed to be a big hit among our runners.
We have so far raised over £45,000 towards our target of £90,000 and money is flooding in so it looks like we are set to have a record year for the GNR. This sponsorship will help Mind to make a real difference to the 1 in 4 people that experience mental distress at some point in their life.

World Record for the Marathon smashed this weekend

In a desperate bid to beat all comers to first at the bar, the marathon stint from the Wyndham Arms to the Radnor, Salisbury UK was smashed by team Mule Bar....

A real World Record was also set. Hats off to the great Ethiopian Haile Gebrselassie for running 26 miles in 2 hours, 4 minutes!
