Frosty's first! TransRockies Run...
Position: 1st – with a total of time of 17:07:37.4 and a lead of over an hour. Our time also put us in 4th position overall behind the 3 leading open mens teams, including our very own Salomon team of Ricky Lightfoot and Tom Owens who placed 3rd overall.
Day 6 profile and stats...
TransRockies is a journey that will forever. So many inspirational people there for so many different reasons. All connecting through the pureness of the trails. the freedom of being out there pushing our own boundries and challenging our own minds.

First news from the Welsh Ironman...
"Loads of people had GI distress from all the gels and other high carb items they crammed down their necks during the race, but I was absolutely fine. I think that the Mule bars are perfect for that kind of event, feels like you are eating something real rather than a chemical concoction!" Mule Tony blasts it... Pics to follow

Tour of Britain 2011
The 2011 Tour of Britain kicked off in style with a win from the unstoppable Mark Cavendish of HTC Highroad.
Stage 2 sadly has had to be cancelled due to high winds in the North West of England.
MuleBar will be sampling and selling on the final stage in London on the 18th September.
